PILOT PLANT CONSTRUCTION
BioBTX awarded the construction of the pilot plant for ICCP to Zeton (Enschede, the Netherlands).
Tebodin-Bilfinger (Groningen, the Netherlands) is our partner for the engineering.
PROJECT OBJECTIVES
This project is executed within the EFRO framework. The main objectives are:
- engineering & construction of a prototype pilot plant installation with a Circulating Fluidized Bed (CFB)
- debottlenecking and optimisation of the chemical catalytic process and prototype pilot plant
- proof of the catalytic conversion in a representative environment and translation of these low-carbon processes to an industial scale for commercial production.
PROJECT PARTNERS
Our partners in this project are:
- University of Groningen, Department of Chemical Engineering (prof. dr. H.J. Heeres)
- KNN Advies B.V.
- Syncom B.V.
